Privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of a website's user and customer data collection, use, disclosure, and management practices. It meets the legal requirement to protect a user's or customer's privacy.

Each country has its own laws, with different requirements in each jurisdiction regarding the use of privacy policies. Make sure you comply with the laws applicable to your activities and location.

Payment Policies

Full payment of the reservation must be completed before the start of the activities.

  • In order to confirm your reservation, we request a transfer of at least 50% of the total value of the itinerary.

  • The balance (the other 50%) must be paid before the start of the first service. Once at least 50% has been transferred, we will confirm the reservation.

  • If you live in Chile, deposit 50% of the chosen plan to the following account when making the reservation, the other 50% can be paid in cash or by card at the agency, or with another transfer before the first contracted tour.

  • If you live abroad, please ask us about the different payment methods.
